1. Service Overview

Supplyee provides customs classification research tools based on publicly available trade and CBP ruling records. Access to paid content and platform features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

2. No Legal Advice

Supplyee is a data and software platform. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, customs brokerage advice, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own compliance determinations and filings.

3. Data Provided As-Is

Supplyee aggregates and transforms public records. We do not warrant that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Service and data are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell proprietary outputs without written authorization. You must comply with all applicable laws in your use of the platform.

5. Payments and Billing

Paid transactions are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring or one-time charges as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supplyee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
